The Indiana State Department of Health has partnered with Purdue University Extension and the Indiana State Department of Agriculture to provide free farm reviews to growers.

Confidential

All reviews are confidential, Paperwork, notes, and photos do not leave the farm.

Personalized

Produce-safety experts will walk through your operation, step-by-step, and recommend inexpensive ways to meet FSMA Produce Safety requirements.

Voluntary

On-Farm Readiness

Reviews are not required, but are recommended in order to prepare you for FSMA inspection.
