What motivates you to do your best work every day?

I like to be known as someone you can count on.

What's one unique skill or hobby you bring to the team?

Decades of volunteer and program management experience.

If you could describe yourself in three words, what would they be?

What's a fun fact about you that most people don't know?

In high school & college I spent summers traveling to as many Grateful Dead shows as I could afford.

What's your proudest accomplishment in your career so far?

Leaving the organization I built in a better place than I found it.

What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone just starting in your field?

Never burn a bridge.

If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why?

 Oprah. Enough said.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

To cure people from illness.

What's a book or podcast you'd recommend to your teammates?

I am listening to "I Take My Coffee Black" right now by Tyler Merritt. It's an intense story about growing up as a black man in a racist world, but told and narrated in a very approachable, informative, yet entertaining way.

What's the most exciting project you've worked on recently?

Earth Day Tool Kit!

What's something you're passionate about outside of work?

Sunny skies and large bodies of water.
