In partnership with the IRS and United Way of Howard/Tipton County, Purdue Extension is excited to introduce the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. This initiative provides free tax preparation services to eligible individuals, including low- to moderate-income taxpayers, seniors, and those with disabilities.  Supported by the IRS, VITA ensures accurate tax filing, helps maximize refunds, and promotes financial confidence. This collaboration aligns with Purdue Extension's mission to empower communities through research-based resources and education, enhancing financial stability for individuals and families across Indiana.
