4-H Dairy Club

About Us

The Dairy 4-H Club is dedicated to empowering youth with the knowledge and skills needed to care for and showcase dairy cattle while fostering leadership and a passion for agriculture. Our mission is to provide a fun and educational environment where members can:

  • Learn the essentials of dairy cattle care, including feeding, grooming, health management, and housing.
  • Explore dairy industry topics such as milk production, breeding, genetics, and sustainability.
  • Develop expertise in showmanship jargon and techniques, including handling, presentation, and evaluation.
  • Gain hands-on experience preparing and presenting cattle for shows and competitions.
  • Build life skills such as teamwork
