Emily Kring

Thank you for visiting the Jay County Purdue Extension Agriculture and Natural Resources website! My name is Emily Kring and I started at Jay County Purdue Extension in May 2023. My role as the Agriculture and Natural Resources Educator is to provide community, needs-based education to individuals within our community. My goal is to be a resource to the community in subjects surrounding soil health, water quality, agriculture, wildlife and land management, and more! We offer programs to the community such as, "Nature of Teaching", "Annie's Project", "Keeping the Business in the Family", and much more!

To reach me for questions, suggestions, soil testing, plant identification, and more, email me at ekring@purdue.edu or call the office at 260-726-4707. If you are interested in my newsletter with program dates and times, important updates, countless resources, and more, please email me and detail if you would like to receive a digital or paper copy. Feel free to stop in to the office and introduce yourself, until then, I look forward to serving you!
