What We Do
Agriculture and Natural Resource (ANR) Extension Educators serve as the link between Purdue University, Indiana's Land Grant University, and you! The ANR Extension Educator is able to provide research-based information to Jay County adults and youth via innovative learning opportunities. Available to you, are programs about Women in Agriculture, PARP Trainings, agriculture, water, wind, soil, and natural resources. Have a weed, tree or insect that you need identified? Jay County's ANR Extension Educator can help!
Meet the Educator
Emily Kring
Thank you for visiting the Jay County Purdue Extension Agriculture and Natural Resources website! My name is Emily Kring and I started at Jay County Purdue Extension in May 2023. My role as the Agriculture and Natural Resources Educator is to provide community, needs-based education to individuals within our community. My goal is to be a resource to the community in subjects surrounding soil health, water quality, agriculture, wildlife and land management, and more!
