Leadership
The Leadership project allows 4-H members in grades 3-12 the opportunity to learn life skills that are important to be effective leaders of themselves and of groups. Through this project, members will set goals for their leadership development and then participate in hands-on activities from the project manuals that are designed to develop these skills.
