Milk Quality and Products Career Development Event
This event is open to 4-H and FFA members and is designed to teach youth skills necessary in the dairy foods career area. Youth will identify cheese, off flavors in milk, evaluate ice cream, problem solve, identify milk fat content in products, perform a California Mastitis Test, and will complete a knowledge exam.
