Milk Quality and Products Career Development Event
This event is open to 4-H and FFA members and is designed to teach youth skills necessary in the dairy foods career area. Youth will identify cheese, off flavors in milk, evaluate ice cream, problem solve, identify milk fat content in products, perform a California Mastitis Test, and will complete a knowledge exam.

Registration fee is $15.00 per contestant.
Registration Due Date: Friday, January 31, 2025
Coaches registering a 4-H team/individual must do so using their 4-H Online account. Instructions for registering in 4-H Online.
Coaches registering a FFA team/individual must do so using their FFA chapter account.
Any adult coaching both 4-H and FFA teams/individuals will need to use both online systems.
