4-H Scholarship Information (County and State)

4h_scholarship.jpgThere are several scholarship opportunities for Boone County 4-H members. Youth in grade 10 can start applying for the Indiana 4-H Accomplishment Scholarships. All other scholarships (State and Boone Co) can be applied for as high school seniors. Each November the 4-H Educator conducts a workshop to assist 4-H families with the scholarship process. The next workshop is November 17th from 7-9pm in the Auditorium for the Farm Bureau Community Building on the fairgrounds and via zoom.  

Indiana 4-H Foundation Scholarships

 Due January 25th!

  • Indiana 4-H Accomplishment Scholarship Award Application - You may apply for these scholarships your sophomore year of high school through your first year of college. You can be attending any college, in any major.
  • Indiana 4-H Club Scholarship - You must be enrolled in the College of Ag or College of Health and Humane Science at Purdue to be eligible - High School Seniors and/or past 4-H members transferring to Purdue University in the Fall of 2021. 
  • Indiana 4-H Senior Year Scholarships - High School Seniors only, can be attending any college, in any major.
  • Laurenz Greene Memorial Excellence in 4-H Horticulture Scholarship - For high school seniors planning to pursue a Purdue University Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture undergraduate degree.
