The 4-H Goat educational program and related activities (such as workshops, tours) provide youth a fun and hands-on learning experience which develops both goat subject skills (such as nutrition, housing, and health care) and life skills (such as responsibility, decision-making, nurturing, and communications) under the direction of caring adults.

4-H members (Grades 3 – 12) must identify all Goats in the 4HOnline system by the species deadline or earlier county deadline if applicable* to be eligible for exhibition.  Login to your family profile at  https://in.4honline.com for Goat Identification Instructions.

  • All goat exhibiting at the Pulaski County Fair must be declared by June 20 at pulaskicountyin.fairentry.com
  • All 4-H Goats must be entered into 4HOnline no later than May 15th

For Indiana State Fair eligibility*, all meat and dairy goat wethers and market goat does must be IDed by a 5-digit county tag or tattoo (meat goat wethers must be retinal imaged), Boer and Dairy goat does must be IDed by a tattoo and Pygmy goats IDed by a tattoo, microchip or county tag.
