The 4-H Aerospace Project provides youth with educational information about aerospace that develops both project skills and life skills.
The 4-H Crops Project allows youth the opportunity to explore hands-on crop production. With the opportunity to grow crops, youth learn about the different components of agriculture production.
The 4-H Animal Poster Project allows youth to create an educational poster based on any aspect of their respective animal species.
The 4-H Aquatic Science Project helps youth learn about raising aquarium fish. You'll learn the basics of aquarium setup and maintenance and how to select fish for your aquarium.
The 4-H Arts and Crafts Project allows youth to learn life skills and grow in project knowledge while expressing creativity in a variety of mediums.
In the 4-H Barbecue Project, youth learn barbecue safety as well as how to prepare and barbecue various cuts of meat for family and/or friends.
The educational 4-H Beef Program and related activities (such as workshops and tours) provide youth with a fun and hands-on learning experience which develops both beef subject skills and life skills.
The 4-H Beekeeping Project will help you learn about bees and beekeeping. You will learn about the types of bees, the honey and wax they produce, the plants that attract bees, and the equipment a beekeeper needs.
The 4-H Bicycle Program provides youth with educational information about bicycles and biking that develops both project skills and life skills.
The 4-H Cake Decorating Project provides "How to" information for making and using icing as decoration for cakes, cookies, etc.
The 4-H Cat Project provides youth a fun and hands-on learning experience that develops life skills, as well as teaches valuable information about properly caring for their animal.
The 4-H Child Development Project uses instructional materials that deal with young children at different ages and baby-sitting. Characteristics of various ages are studied and followed by observations and interactive activities.
The 4-H Collections Project gives members the opportunity to share a collection of items that they enjoy.
In the 4-H Construction Set Project, youth are asked to create an exhibit from a variety of materials, from Legos, K-Nex, Construx, Erector, Tinker Toys, Lincoln Logs, Duplo Blocks, Craft Sticks and much more.
In the 4-H Consumer Clothing Project, educational materials are designed to teach clothing selection, wardrobe planning, care of clothing, and personal grooming.

The 4-H Do Your Own Thing Project is open to your imagination. Suggestions include, but are not limited to: Creative Writing, Sports, Dance, Hobbies, Family Vacations, Theatre, Science Fair Projects, and other State 4-H Project that are not currently offered at the county level. This is for exhibits that can NOT be exhibited through any other 4-H project.

The 4-H Gardening Project introduces youth to vegetable gardening. You will learn about planning a vegetable garden, planting, fertilizing, different vegetable pests, harvesting, storage techniques, and careers.
The 4-H Genealogy Project provides materials and information on documenting ones heritage through ancestral listing. The project helps young people know where their ancestors resided, traveled, and developed some family tradition.
The 4-H Geology Project introduces youth to the fascinating hobby of "rock hunting." Geology involves studying the earth's crust, its layers, and their history. Youth learn to identify Indiana rocks, minerals, and fossils.
The 4-H Gift Wrapping Project allows youth a fun and hands-on learning experience, created to instruct them in bow making, wrapping odd shape packages and creating a gift out of household items.
The educational 4-H Goat Program and related activities (such as workshops, tours) provide youth a fun and hands-on learning experience which develops both goat subject skills and life skills.
The 4-H Health Project is designed for youth interested in basic first aid and healthy well-being as well as those interested in pursuing a medical profession. Disease prevention, decision making, and healthy lifestyle choices are just a few of the life skills that could be developed during the Health Project.
Herbs are not just for cooking. This project focuses on not only the growing cycle of plants but also new and exciting ways to incorporate herbs in vinegars, oils, herbal remedies, potpourri, and accents throughout the home.
The 4-H Home Environment Project applies principles of design strategy to home design and decoration as well as information about care of home furnishings. In this project, youth learn the skill of refurbishing furniture, how to add accent pieces, reduce the clutter and adding texture and textiles to their home or rooms.
The 4-H Horse and Pony Project provides youth a fun and hands-on learning experience that develops life skills, as well as teaches valuable information about properly caring for their animal. Subjects such as general management, training, nutrition, housing, and health care are presented in the curricular materials.
The 4-H Junior Leader Project in Adams County allows 4-H members in grades 7-12 the opportunity to learn life skills that are important to be effective leaders of themselves and of groups. Members will participate in hands-on activities, community service events, assist in a wide range of activities at the 4-H Fair and be a part of other activities that are designed to develop these skills.
In the Microwave Cooking Project you will learn how to make various foods in the microwave.
The Mini 4-H Bicycle Project is designed for youth to learn traffic signs, ways you use your bicycle, rules of the road, bicycle fun and what makes a bicycle work.
The Mini 4-H Bugs Project is designed for youth to explore a variety of bugs. In this project, Mini 4-H'ers will explore their surroundings and examine the small creatures that live in the grass, under rocks, in logs, or in your house.
The Mini 4-H Collection Project allows members to collect and display a group of items that have something in common. The fun thing about collecting is that you can collect anything you want.
This Mini 4-H Project is designed for youth to explore a variety of Fine Arts and Basic Crafts activities. You will learn to make some fun crafts by doing the activities in the book.

The Mini 4-H My Pet & Me Project is designed for youth to learn how to make some fun facts about your pet by doing the activities in the book. This project will help you learn to follow directions, sample different crafts, be neat and be creative.
The Mini 4-H Plants & Flowers Project introduces children to the wonderful world of growing flowers. Through the fun activities, students will care for their flowers from planting seeds, watering them and watching them grow.
The Mini 4-H Poultry Program is designed for youth to allow members to show, work with, or care for an animal. Members will be showing their own bird at the Adams county 4-H Fair. Members are encouraged to attend the Poultry Club meetings.
The Mini 4-H Rabbit Program is designed for youth to allow members to show, work with, or care for an animal. Members will be showing their own rabbit at the Adams county 4-H Fair. Pedigreed rabbits are recommended but not required. Members are encouraged to attend the Rabbit Club meetings.
The Mini 4-H Saddle Up Project is designed for youth to gain knowledge of horses without having to own one. Mini 4-H'ers will do fun activities related to the care of horses and learning the different types of horses.
The Mini 4-H Sewing Project allows youth to engage in an important life skill. They will learn the basic skills needed for sewing and also begin assembling the equipment necessary for doing basic home sewing and repair work.
The Mini 4-H Sheep Program is designed for youth to allow members to show, work with, or care for an animal. Members will NOT be showing their own sheep. The sheep must belong to a regular 4-H member in the Sheep Project.
The Mini Space 4-H Project actively engages Mini 4-Her's in exploring space. They will learn about the solar system, asteroids, comets, space shuttles, constellations, planets, and much more.

The Mini 4-H Trees Project gets Mini 4-H'ers actively engaged in exploring trees. Through the fun activities, students will explore how trees change from season to season, learn about the various types of trees/leaves, and learn about various animal homes that can be made in trees.
The Mini 4-H Whales & Dolphins Project is designed for youth to gain knowledge of whales and dolphins without having to own one! In this project Mini 4-H'ers will do fun activities related to these ocean animals.
The Mini 4-H Wildlife Project allows Mini 4-H'ers to actively engaged in exploring wildlife. Through the fun activities, students will learn about different birds and various types of local wildlife.
In the 4-H Model Building Project you will learn how to build a model while being able to customize it.
The 4-H Photography Project offers educational materials on taking quality photographs with a camera. This project presents good basic information on camera use.
The 4-H Potato Project offers youth a hands on experience of producing a potato crop from seedling to harvest. Any variety of potatoes may be exhibited. This project will explore crop production and pest control.

In the 4-H Scrapbooking Project, youth will create a 10 page scrapbook display for judging at the fair. Journaling is required on each page. Memorabilia adds meaning, texture and variety to the scrapbook and gets more fascinating with time.
For the 4-H Sewing Fashion Revue Project, youth that are involved in the sewing project are invited to participate. Members will be asked to model the garment constructed in the sewing project but not limited to that project. The garment model must have been made by the member since the previous year's 4-H fair.
In the 4-H Sewing Project, participants sew garments or non-wearable items of increasing difficulty as they progress and build their skills over time. Items range from simple items like pillows to a tailored suit or coat.

The 4-H Shooting Sports Programs teach the safe operation of firearms and archery equipment and the 4-H Shooting Sports Education Poster gives youth a chance to share what they've learned in a display at fair.
