January 26, 2021, at 11 AM and 6 PM- Food Budgeting and Meal Planning: In this lesson, we cover tips and tricks for making your food dollars go farther – from couponing to food preservation!

February 9, 2021, at 11 AM and 6 PM- Move More Indoors: In this lesson, we cover tips and tricks on keeping healthy in the comfort of your own home!

February 16, 2021, at 11 AM and 6 PM- Beyond the Screen: In this lesson, we cover healthy screen habits and their effects on us.
