2020-21 Putnam 4-H and Exploring 4-H Enrollment

For grades 3-12 you may Sign up here for 4-H and you may also pay with a credit card as well. Some projects like Horse & Pony, Archery, and Dog close January 15 to new club members. 

You also view our YouTube Putnam 4-H Program Video that was shown during school visits that occurred either virtually or in person. 

Please note that there are documents at the bottom of the page in the "Related Files" area that guide one through the enrollment process. 

For Exploring 4-H (youth in Grade 2),  you will find a form at the bottom of the page in the "Related Files" area to sign up rather than the website link.
