Purdue Extension Offers Educational Program on "Sugar Addiction"
It is sometimes said that sugar is “toxic” or “addictive” and it is often blamed as the sole culprit in obesity and diabetes. Understanding what kind of sugar is in the food we are eating and how much is important when determining just how sweet it is! Karen Richey, Health and Human Science Educator will be hosting a program at the Marshall County Council on Aging Enrichment Center, 1305 W Harrison St, Plymouth, IN 46563 on September 11, 2024 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
