campjekyll.jpg

During this program, participants will learn about global impacts and how actions, even in their local areas, can impact our environment as a whole. At camp Jekyll participants will learn about beach ecology, herpetology (hands-on study of amphibians and reptiles), saltwater fishing, coastal organisms, and will visit Georgia Sea Turtle Center.

Registration can be completed at v2.4honline.com; login or create a profile then apply for the Camp Jekyll Trip under the events section. Seating is limited and participants will be evaluated based off their applications. This trip is currently being planned as an in person event with precautions taken (masks, sanitizing, and social distancing) but might be moved to an online virtual format.
