4-H Shooting Sports - Archery Project

The 4-h Shooting Sports project teaches safe operation of firearms and archery equipment. Volunteer instructors must be certified at a state 4-H workshop. Six disciplines are offered at the state level: archery, hunting, muzzle loading, pistol, rifle, and shotgun. The disciplines offered in any county will depend on the availability of certified 4-H Shooting Sports instructors to teach the classes, ranges, and equipment.

Currently Blackford County is offering Archery only.

Manual

There is not a manual for this project. Instructors may provide printed materials to help you with this project depending on availability.

State Fair Exhibit (4 exhibits per county)

One Exhibit from each of the following will be selected by the judge to represent Blackford County at the Indiana State Fair: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 3 Independent Study
