The mission of the Indiana Extension Professionals Association is to unite its members in the pursuit of excellence in leadership, professional, and personal development in partnership with the Purdue Extension Leadership and our national affiliates.

IEPA is a mission-driven organization that strives to provide the best professional, personal, and leadership development opportunities for its members. IEPA works to be a trusted, thoughtful and constructive channel between IEPA members and Purdue Extension Leadership.
