Returning members: Please DO NOT make a new profile if you can't get logged in. Contact the office at 317-462-1113 and we can let you know what email was used on your profile. If you forgot your password, enter your email address that you originally set up the account with and select “I forgot my password” and you will receive an email with a reset password link.
Here are a few tips for enrollment:
1) It is best to use Firefox or Google Chrome as your internet browser when logging into 4HOnline. Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with this system due to safety concerns. Families that do not have internet access will be able to come to Purdue Extension-Hancock County, 802 Apple Street, Greenfield to enroll online using a computer with assistance if needed. Please call our office to reserve a time, 317-462-1113.
2) If you forgot your password, enter your email address that you originally set up the account with and select “I forgot my password” and you will receive an email with a reset password link.
3) You must sign up for a project category when you enroll. You can return to your profile and change/add to your projects later if you wish. A copy of last year's 4-H Handbook with available projects can be found here: https://extension.purdue.edu/hancock/pages/article.aspx?intItemID=23553
4) Last year there was some confusion on the Credit or Debit Card Payment – you must Click the orange “Add New Credit Card” button, and enter all information correctly and completely, then follow instructions to complete the transaction. For Cash or Check Payment, Select “County/Club 4H Check,” click “Select Payment Method,” and pay at our office within 10 days (if paying by cash or check, your enrollment will not become active until payment has been received at the State Level as we forward it on).
*NEW THIS YEAR!* There has been a few slight changes to the way some of the projects are listed on 4-H Online. This affects Rabbit poster, Poultry poster, Llama and Alpacas poster, Dog poster, and Bicycle poster. If you are wanting to do these projects, you will sign up for the general project. For example: If you want to do a rabbit poster, you will select Rabbit as your project. You can then show a rabbit and/or make a poster about rabbits.
