Jennifer Roth, a Carroll County native, holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Purdue University (1995) and completed her English Language Learner (ELL) licensure through Purdue in 2024. With over 15 years of experience in elementary education, Jennifer has taught in the Delphi, Logansport, and North White school systems.

As the ELL Coordinator for Clinton Central School Corporation, she played a key role in developing a comprehensive ELL program—designing curriculum and mentoring teachers in best practices for supporting English learners. Jennifer currently serves Carroll and White counties. She is also trained in trauma-informed care, enhancing her ability to support students and educators with compassion and expertise.
