a certified food protection manager.
ServSafe exam tip
Those who review the manual before class are more likely to pass the First time.
1 Day Class with Exam
(Registration 8-8:15; Class 8:15-4; Exam begins at 4 PM; all times local)

The cost is $165 for book, exam, and class instruction. To sign up you can go to www.purdue.edu/servsafe or call or stop by the
Extension Office at 214 NE 3rd ST Washington, 254-8668 for a registration form.
This class will be held at the 4-H Building behind Eastside Park, Washington, Indiana with registration starting at 8 am.
