We are taking applications for the 2020 Extension Master Gardener class! Because of COVID-19, the program will be virtual this fall (going to look a little different).
First, classes will be held virtually (LIVE!) on the internet, Tuesday evenings beginning August 25, 6:30-8:30 pm ET.
Second, this is a statewide event, so participants will have a chance to see some of the best Indiana speakers.
Third, there will also be a local component where local hosts like me will talk about how that week’s topic applies to local gardening. For instance, after the Invasive Species class, we can focus on what is bugging us here. We can review the quiz, go over questions, etc. All social distanced and safe.
The deadline for receiving the applications is August 14, so if you know people who are interested in taking the class, forward this message to them immediately!
