The Reading project will encourage reading in and out of the formal classroom environment and for youth to share their love of reading with others. Reading effectiveness is associated with higher scores on tests measuring academic achievement, problem solving and potential success in post-secondary education and employment. Reading holds unlimited possibilities.
The Crops project are designed to provide information and training and experience to 4-H club members on important aspects of agriculture such as hybrids, soils, weather, insecticides, pesticides, fertilizer, etc. Suggestions on growing, improving the quality and increasing the yields of crops are provided.
