Fair Entry- 4-H Fair Registration

We want to remind everyone that www.FairEntry.com is currently open, and ALL FAIR EXHIBITS from traditional and Mini 4-H must be entered into Fair Entry prior to the June 18th deadline.  This includes all Exhibit Hall projects, all livestock, and all contest based projects such as Little Critters, Cat Show, BBQ Contest, Fashion Revue, Public Speaking, and Small Fruits.  This is a separate requirement than the May 15th 4-H Online information you already entered!

All exhibits must be entered online via FairEntry.com by June 18, except Poultry paper entries are due June 7. Non-livestock projects not entered on FairEntry.com are only eligible for standard placings (blue, red, and white ribbons), are not eligible for champions or state fair, and will not receive premiums.  Livestock projects not entered in classes in FairEntry.com are only eligible for standard class placings, are not eligible to compete for champions/high points classes and awards, and will not receive premiums.  If you need assistance with Fair Entry, please contact the Extension Office during business hours Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.  Please do not wait until the last minute to complete the requirement.

 Step-by-step instructions are included in this mailing and here are a few additional tips!

  • Register all entries for each 4-Her in the family before proceeding to the payment section, do not hit submit until all 4-Her’s and their projects have been entered. Once you hit submit after an exhibitor, you cannot edit your entries until the Extension Office approves it.
  • Check the Vigo County 4-H Fair Book for exhibition descriptions, requirements and rules https://extension.purdue.edu/county/vigo/_media/24-fairbook.pdf
  • Don’t forget to enter events like Little Critters, Cat Show, BBQ Contest, Fashion Revue, and Public Speaking.
  • Livestock Exhibitors should also enter into Showmanship and pairs classes.
