The Vigo County 4-H Fair is just around the corner! Each year awards are given to outstanding 4-H members who receive Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion in their respective project areas. Many of you have sponsored awards in the past and the 4-H Community appreciates the interest you have shown in recognizing our youth. We sincerely hope you will continue to support this educational program in the future.
This year we plan on presenting our winners with certificates at the Vigo County Achievement Awards night. We will then allow them to choose their award. Each division will be allotted $30 for awards split between the Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion.
Sponsors may choose to sponsor a set of Exhibit Hall awards or to join a tier! We will have Gold, Green and White award sponsors. Sponsors will be listed in their tier on a banner that will be placed in the Exhibit Hall during the Vigo County Fair! The banner will be moved to the Awards Ceremony as we conclude fair. If you are interested in sponsorship, please detach the bottom of this letter and drop it off or mail it to the Purdue Extension Vigo County Office no later than April 15, 2024. Gold Clover Level Sponsorship ($250)
-Individual Banner with name or logo to be displayed in the exhibit hall, “Inside the Fence”
-Name or logo displayed prominently on a list of sponsors banner during fair
-Name or logo printed in the 2025 Fair Book
-Individualized Social Media Recognition of Sponsorship
-Certificate of Sponsorship for display
Green Clover Level Sponsorship ($100)
-Name or logo displayed prominently on a Banner during fair
-Name or logo printed in the 2025 Fair Book
-Individualized Social Media Recognition of Sponsorship
White Clover Level Sponsorship ($30)
-Name listed on a Banner in the Exhibit Hall during fair
