Knox County Adult Mental Health First Aid for Rural Communities, March 26, 2024

Purdue Extension-Knox County is presenting Adult Mental Health First Aid for Rural Communities on March 26, 2024 from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, EDT.  This will take place at the VU Ag Center.  The cost includes manual, workbook and lunch.  

After the course you will be able to:

• Recognize common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges
• Understand how to interact with a person in crisis
• Know how to connect a person with help
• Use self-care tools and techniques
