Point Sheets Due September 1st for 4-H Members

4-H members earn points each year from September 1st through August 31 by completing all their projects, holding club offices, participating in various activities, and by promoting 4-H. The Point Sheet (see appendix in your 4-H Handbook) allows members to track their participation. Use a new form each year and keep a copy of your records. Point Sheets forms are available at the Extension Office and in your 4-H Handbook. Only 4-H activities are submitted on this form. FFA and school activities do not apply. Completed forms are filed at the Extension Office. Point sheets are due each year to the Extension Office by September 1st. Late Point Sheets are not accepted after the deadline.
