New! Floyd County 4-H STEM Club for grades 1-3 & 4-6
NEW CLUB!!
The 4-H STEM Club empowers children to be independent problem-solvers, while working cooperatively with their peers on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math activities. Each month will feature a different themed activity which will require them to be constructive, creative, and think strategically. Sample topics include: robotics, coding, science experiments, engineering challenges, math games, and STEM career exploration.
The two age groups will meet separately the second Saturday of each month starting April 10.
There is a $20 annual fee to cover material costs in addition to annual $20 4-H membership fee, which allows children to participate in other clubs and state competitions.
