Pressure Canner Gauge Testing

Vegetables are low acid and should be pressure canned. Before doing so be sure that your pressure canner gauge is tested annually. This can be done free of charge at the Purdue Extension Office - Bartholomew County, 783 S. Marr Road, Columbus, IN. Call for an appointment at 812.379.1665, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
