Swine - Check List

To be eligible to exhibit at the Adams County 4-H Fair you must complete the following:

• Enroll in 4-H on 4-H Online by January 15th
• Complete the following by May 15th:
  • Enter your animals in 4-H Online 
  • Turn in your Born & Raised Form to the Extension Office
  • Turn in State Fair DNA Samples to the Extension Office (ONLY needed for State Fair Animals)
• Complete the following by July 1st:
  • Turn in your completed Universal Record Sheet to the Extension Office
  • Attend a Livestock Workshop OR turn in a Livestock Record Sheet
  • Complete your YQCA Certification
    • If completed online, submit a copy of your certificate to the Extension Office
  • Turn in Purebred Registration Papers to the Extension Office
  • Create your entries in Fair Entry 
• Bring your auction picture with you when checking in your animals
