Purdue Center for Commercial Agricultural's Michael Langemeier, Nathanael Thompson and James Mintert discussed the corn and soybean outlook following release of USDA's May Crop Production and World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) reports. The May 14th webinar reviewed new information from USDA and implications for both the current and upcoming crop years' marketing strategies. The Purdue team discussed crop conditions, corn and soybean exports, ethanol demand, ending stock estimates, corn and soybean basis, and farm income projections.
