Soil Health 101: Learning Series

Reserve your spot for the 2019 Soil Health 101: Learning Series! This program is returning after a successful 2018 pilot. On average, 19 local producers representing nearly 30,000 acres attended each session of the three week series. Prior to the program, 63% thought that their knowledge of soil health practices was average to below average. As a result of the program 100% of the participants felt that their knowledge increased to good/excellent and they also thought that the Soil Health 101: Learning Series was a great program. Participants stated that they would recommend this course to farmers, landowners, agribusiness personnel, and financial lenders. 68% of the participants said that they would implement what they learned from the Soil Health 101: Learning Series in the next year.

We have taken suggestions from the people who attended and incorporated them into our 2019 class! If you are unsure how to get into conservation, this is a great opportunity to put some of those tools in your toolbox. Please register by January 4th as space is limited!!! Please call 765-675-1177 if you have any questions.
