4-H Grows Leaders Workshop

Mark your calendars for the 4-H Grows Leaders Workshop on February 1st ! This workshop is open to any 4-H volunteer and youth leaders (grade 7-12).
We encourage our volunteers and members to continually seek out ways to better their leadership skills in order to strengthen our 4-H program. This workshop will give both youth and adults a chance to network with others from across our area as well.🍀💚🍀

We will start all attendees together for the first half of the workshop and then split the attendees into either the adult volunteer track or youth leadership track. Topics will include:

4-H Healthy Living                           A Culture of Belonging

Growing Teams                                Cultivating Leaders

Enhancing Engagement                     Combating Conflict 

The workshop will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church in Lafayette (509 N St) on February 1st from 8:30/9:30 am CST/EST to 11:30/12:30 am CST/EST. Registration the morning of will begin at 8:00/9:00 am CST/EST.  The cost of the workshop is $10.00, which can be paid in cash or check the morning of the workshop.
