Cantaloupe Cooler

Cool down with this fruit drink. Refreshing orange juice mixed with sweet cantaloupe creates the perfect, easy-to-make drink! You can even get creative and use any fruit you please!

1 cantaloupe (ripe)
2 1/2 cups orange juice (cold)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Ice (crushed)


  1. Be sure to thoroughly clean the outside rind of the cantaloupe to avoid any contamination.
  2. Cut cleaned melon in half, scoop out seeds, and remove rind. Discard. Cut the seeds and rind, and cut the melon into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Place the melon cubes in a blender or food processor. Add 1/2 cup of the orange juice and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour puree into pitcher and stir in the remaining orange juice and the sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Pour into glasses filled with crushed ice.
