What's your favorite aspect of working with our team?

I like I can be creative and work on different projects. I'm always learning something new.

What's one goal you hope to accomplish with the team this year?

I want to improve the PEMC website using SEO.

What motivates you to do your best work every day?

The team supports me and believes in the results of my work, which encourages me to do my best.

What's one unique skill or hobby you bring to the team?

I'm passionate about graphic design, even though I'm not an expert. Also, I've always been interested in volunteering.

What's your proudest accomplishment in your career so far?

After being a stay-at-home mom, I've been able to enter my field again and reassure my passion. I'm constantly encouraged to keep learning and trying new things.

What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone just starting in your field?

Don't waste time; if you are passionate about it, you will be able to do it; never be afraid to ask for help.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

Tele-transportation. I have all my family in Colombia, so it's impossible not to miss them; I've missed a lot of celebrations and important dates with them.

What's the most exciting project you've worked on recently?

New PEMC website design.
