What does the program offer?
During a family transition like divorce, separation, or custody changes, three areas are important to overall child well-being: selfcare, parent-child relationships, and co-parenting.
- Understand what you need to keep your self healthy in order to effectively help your children through a family transition.
- Parent-child relationship-Assess how your children are coping and what they need and learn about the strengths and resources required to help bring all of you through the transition.
- Explore co-parenting and skills that will help you successfully form a parenting partnership with your children's other parent.
