The Jr. Leader project in Boone County allows 4-H members in grades 7-12 the opportunity to learn life skills that are important to be effective leaders of themselves and of groups. Through this project, members will participate in hands-on activities, community service events, run a food stand at the 4-H Fair and be a part of other activities that are designed to develop these skills. The Jr. Leader year starts in September and runs through the end of the fair in Boone County.
