In acknowledging National Wildlife Week, #nationalwildlifeweek, it seems fitting to place this post regarding several concerned questions that we receive on coyotes. While folks are quick to recognize the call of spring peepers, or the song of robins, they are surprised to know other types of wildlife can call their backyard home.

Hardwood lumber grades are the basis for the selling and purchasing of hardwood lumber. This session March 29th will provide registrants with a quick understanding of grading concepts, terminology, and pricing. Registrants will have a hands-on opportunity to practice grading.

Property owners with questions about woodland and wildlife management are encouraged to attend the Ohio River Valley Woodlands and Wildlife Workshop. The workshop will be held March 25 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Boone County Enrichment Center, 1955 Burlington Pike in Burlington, Kentucky, two hours south of Indianapolis.
