I've heard many of you talking about having a sluggish brain, no energy, and lack of motivation. It seems to be catching. Are there any simple things you can do? I decided to delve into the subject a little deeper. The answer is yes. First try and get 7 - 8 hours of sleep each evening. Keeping the same schedule by going to bed and getting up at the same time could help. Drink more water, eight glasses of water each day should be a minimum of what you drink.
