It is time to sign up for the 2019-20 Putnam County 4-H program! Overall, the process and fees are the same as last year. If you are new to 4-H or have questions, always feel free to call the office at 653-8411 to have your questions answered or needs addressed. Exploring 4-H (Mini 4-H) is for any 2nd grader as of January 1, 2020.
July 1 is the deadline for obtaining DNA hair samples for state fair eligible livestock as well as tagging for sheep and goats due to COVID-19. All 4-H animal livestock enrollment through in.4honline.com will be essential by July 1. PLEASE NOTE ALL LIVESTOCK GOING TO ISF WILL NEED TO HAVE A PHOTO UPLOADED AS WELL! With the exception of Poultry, all other livestock enrollment will be conducted online using the same website you used to sign up youth in the 4-H program. All youth must complete YQCA
