STATE FAIR ENTRIES—1 FROM EACH LEVEL
Refer to 4-H Poster Construction Rules on page 24 of your Handbook for correct procedures on how to construct your 4-H poster.

Completed record sheets and manuals are due into the Extension Office on or before June 29, 2020, 4:00 PM. No records, or late/incomplete record sheets/manuals will result in an exhibit being considered for EXHIBITION ONLY—NO PLACING.

A 3” x 5” card listing your veterinarian’s name and address must be attached to the back of your poster.

LEVEL I (grades 3, 4 & 5)
In From Airedales to Zebras you need to:

1. Complete three (3) activities in the project manual.

2. Complete the record sheet.

3. Exhibit a poster related to Chapter 1, 2 or 3.

LEVEL 2 (grades 6, 7 & 8)
In All Systems Go! you need to:

1. Complete three (3) activities in the project manual.

2. Complete the record sheet.

3. Exhibit a poster, display, or quiz board related to Chapter 1, 2 or 3. Display or Quiz board should be no larger then 36” x 36” x 36”.

LEVEL 3 (grades 9 thru 12)
In On The Cutting Edge you need to:

1. Complete three (3) activities in the project manual.

2. Complete the record sheet.

3. Exhibit one the following:
     a. Develop and assemble a teaching aid. Display teaching aid and two page typed report.
      b. Develop a project in conjunction with a veterinarian. Display the project with a report of the results, recommendations, findings, and conclusions.
      c. Write a one page report outline of a workshop or demonstration you presented.
