Protecting Warm Season Vegetables from Spring Freezes

A freeze warning is in effect for Indianapolis (Marion County) from midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Saturday, May 9, 2020.
Cool-season vegetables should not be damaged, but if you have already planted your warm season vegetable crops and flowers, action is needed to protect them.
Purdue University vegetable specialist Liz Maynard highlights some guidelines in the chart to the left.
