Seven Sons Farms produces grassfed beef, pork, and eggs at their farm near Roanoke, Indiana. The event includes a morning session featuring a panel of experts who will discuss rotational grazing and pasture management. Seven Sons was established in 2000 by Lee and Beth Hitzfield, and their seven sons. Their mission is simple: to produce nutrient-dense foods that heal and nourish our land and those who eat it its bounty.
The morning session and lunch will be held at the farm. The program begins at 9:30 AM, but encourage you to arrive for check-in at 9:00 AM. Lunch will be served at noon and then a tour of the farm will occur during the afternoon.
