Submit a homemade piece of art which represents any aspect of local agriculture. The gallery will be displayed at local destinations throughout the month of March, ending at the Kosciusko County Taste of Ag on April 10.
Summer Squash
This series offers current and aspiring vegetable growers the opportunity to learn from the experts about ways to increase the success and satisfaction of quality vegetable production in their gardens. Programs Sessions are from 6:30pm-8:30pm Eastern Time. Sessions are February 19, 26 and March 5, 12,19 at the Purdue Extension, Kosciusko County Office, 202 W. Purdue Extension Be Heart Smart
Did you know that heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women in Indiana? About 600,000 Americans die each year from heart disease, and in the U.S., someone has a heart attack every 34 seconds. Heart disease costs the U.S. $108.9 billion each year. Our hearts work incredibly hard our entire lives, and Purdue Extension's newest signature program "Be Heart Smart" is educating participants on keeping their hearts healthy and preventing heart disease.
