Purdue Extension is taking four trips this spring to engage a network of kitchen managers in Indiana and the Midwest. These trips offer the opportunity to learn from shared-use kitchen owners and managers in our region. Every shared-use commercial kitchen is different, and viewing several existing kitchens can be instrumental to developing your ideas or creating your network of kitchen managers.

Each trip will include:

  • Tour and Q&A from each shared-kitchen host

  • Variety of shared-kitchen models and types of clients
  • Time for networking at the kitchen location

  • Time for networking on the bus
  • Please bring: extra spending money, your collaborators, questions, stories and ideas. Be ready to share, as it is our hope that you will connect with others on these trips.

Cost per trip is $25 and includes transportation, lunch, snacks and water. Register Online! www.conf.purdue.edu/kitchentours
