Taking Your Projects or Animals to the 4-H Fair? Put them on FairEntry.com!

The Harrison County FairEntry Deadline is May 26th

What is FairEntry?

FairEntry is a Fair Registration System that tells us which specific animals and projects a 4-H member is taking to the fair. Putting projects on 4HOnline is NOT the same as entering projects on FairEntry. The County Fair Entry web address is harrisoncountyindiana.fairentry.com.

When to Register

FairEntry is open until MAY 26th, 2020. Please note that you MUST be in active status to enter your fair classes. If you've not yet done that, please let the office know if you need assistance. Also note that your livestock animals (excluding poultry) must be entered on 4HOnline.com BEFORE they can be placed in a class. Market Beef and Dairy Beef projects are due by April 1 . ID day for other livestock is May 4th.

What Animals to put onto FairEntry?

Fairentry will ask you how many animals of each species you will bring to fair. Please be honest. The superintendents will use this information to make sure everyone has a stall or pen.

How will I know all my entries have been submitted?

You will get a confirmation email with a list of your entries after you submit your projects on FairEntry. If you need ANY help on FairEntry, or to check that your entries have been submitted, stop by the Extension Office or call (812)738-4236. You can even use one of the office computers if you cannot get to FairEntry at home! Your fair superintendents will use this information to assign stalls or pens. So please enter an accurate count for your livestock.

Don't have access to FairEntry at home?

Come into the office and use one of our computers. We will be happy to assist you!

FairEntry will be CLOSED May 26th... That's the day after Memorial Day!

The Extension Office will be CLOSED in observance of Memorial Day on May 25th. Get your questions answered EARLY. If you do not have your entries in by this time, you will likely experience some difficulty at fair time (no back number, no stall for your animals, not entered on a judges sheet, etc), so it's in your best interest to get entries in BEFORE THE DEADLINE.
