4-H has been in Indiana since at least 1904. While the program still teaches leadership and citizenship, members are not limited to the traditional livestock and cooking projects that the program began with. Today 4-H includes a robotics club, shooting sports, and ATV safety along with the traditional opportunity to show cows, chickens, pigs, goats, sheep, and rabbits.
