TATE FAIR ENTRY: There will be one entry per level per county. See Level Descriptions below.
NO MANUAL IS PROVIDED. Turn in completed General Record Sheet, 4-H 528, with your project.
Exhibit Introduction: Create an exhibit that shows the public what you learned in the beekeeping project this year. See pages 13 and 14 for poster requirements. Choose one of the topics listed below, appropriate for your grade in school, and use that topic for your exhibit title, so the judges know which activity you completed. You can also use a creative sub-title if you wish. Include a reference list indicating where information was obtained. A judge is not to discredit an exhibitor for the manner in which references are listed.
All posters, notebooks, and display boards must include a reference list indicating where information was obtained, giving credit to the original author, to complete the 4-H members exhibit. This reference list should/might include web site links, people and professionals interviewed, books, magazines, etc. It is recommended this reference list be attached to the back of a poster or display board, be the last page of a notebook, or included as part of the display visible to the public. A judge is not to discredit an exhibit for the manner in which references are listed.
