Building Better Boards

Want to strengthen your non-profit board and increase member engagement? This one-day board development workshop offered by Purdue Extension will be held in Reynolds, Indiana on Friday, October 4, 2024.

This workshop is open to all interested individuals and will focus on issues related to serving on non-profit boards. Current or aspiring board members are welcome to participate!!  Use the info on the attached flyer to register today!

Join Purdue Extension for a day-long workshop for community members who want to become more effective in their role and responsibility as non-profit board members.

Participants will identify the qualities and characteristics of effective boards, understand the fundamental roles and responsibilities of all board members, and identify and understand the phases of board development cycle.

Participants will build their knowledge, skills, and connections with other in the local non-profit community.
