Earth Day Heritage Park 2024

We're BACK after last year's amazing WEED WRANGLE!

The public is invited to a hands-on morning to pull non-native garlic mustard and vinca vine that will allow for the restoration of the native woodland flowers. Speaker portion will follow with light refreshments. (Master Gardeners will receive 2 hrs volunteer, 1 hr educational.)

Learn about Nature and History at Heritage Park - a step back in time in the heart of town. After the Wrangle, stay for Earth Day - family friendly activities, educational booths and speakers.
The Theme is “It’s up to YOUth!" Organized by Munster Sustainable & Green.

This is an expert-led WEED WRANGLE®/Clean Up morning at Heritage Park located on the Southeast Corner of Ridge Rd. and Columbia Ave., Munster, In.

NOTE - FREE parking at Munster School Administration across Columbia Ave. Heritage Park is located on the Southeast Corner of Ridge Rd. and Columbia Ave.
