USDA Home Food Preservation recommended procedures are taught. Instructors will provide instructional course work and hands-on preservation workshops.
Covering topics, including: Food Safety, Boiling Water Canning, Pressure Canning, Pickling & Fermenting, Freezing & Dehydrating, & Jams and Jellies
