USDA Home Food Preservation recommended procedures taught. Instructors will provide educational coursework and hands-on workshops.
Covering topics, including: Food Safety, Boiling Water Canning, Pressure Canning, Pickling & Fermenting, Freezing & Dehydrating, & Jams and Jellies
